We were the first business to offer a FREE TRIAL to investors in 2009. This was part of the reason for starting WeRent: to bring lower costs to NZ property investors. It is gratifying to see that others have copied us since then and started offering their own free trial period (but do read the small print - some are only if you commit to a longer management period). We invite you to GO with US as the market leaders in bringing costs down for investors.
We have been asked "How can you afford a Free Trial?" We are betting that our service will meet your needs and you will stay on. Part of our commitment to you is that you will get better value from our FULL Service Property Management. This is our way of showing you up front that: You will save with WeRent.
Please Give us a Fair Go. You can cancel our agreement at the end of the free trial period, but hey... Give us a break. If you want someone just to let out your property for free how about going to another company - they are out there. Our low cost service and free trial relies upon us receiving regular income from landlords who want their properties professionally managed. So please don’t take advantage of us.
Little caveat: Too be fair to us as well; if you need us to sort out a big problem initially we can't do the free trial.
