Senior Property manager

Judith has been looking after our clients for the past 14 years. She started out in property management in 2001 with Barfoots. Over the years she also worked for Allen Realty and the former Housing NZ, before joining WeRent in 2012. With over 25 years full-time experience in property management she has seen it all, and worked with all types of clients. Her being a former elected member of the Massey Community Board also speaks to her likeability, dedication, and willingness to go the extra distance for others.

Jessica Hughes

Jessica joined the WeRent staff in 2016. On top of managing properties and tenants she also handles some of our administration, including being our main point of contact for maintenance and repair jobs. Jessica is passionate about helping people, which means she gives 100% to get the best results for everyone, but she can be tough when required. Like Judith she believes in helping and giving back to our community, having previously been elected a member of her local school's Board of Trustees.

Mike began in property in 1993 (see his story), and founded WeRent in 2009 in order to give back to the property investor community. Mike is now semi-retired, and no longer takes on new property managements. What Mike really likes to do is organise and manage larger scale renovation projects for our clients. With his vast experience Mike backs up our staff when they have novel issues to deal with, and assists with adapting to legislative changes.

After many years taking care of accounts and general administration for a large hiring company Megan thought she deserved some time off to have some children. Now having had two more kids she says “that’s enough, I need to rest again!"  So in 2026 she decided to take a more active role delivering reliable administrative and financial support for WeRent.

Now in a new industry for her, she brings her highly organized and detail-oriented talents to WeRent to support our growing staff and client base. She enjoys problem solving for us and our clients. Throughout her career she has developed expertise in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and reconciling accounts. Just what we were after.

andrew campbell

Inspections / Viewings

Andrew works part-time for WeRent where he looks after some of our rental viewings as well a taking care of property inspections. His methodical attention to  detail is the perfect attribute to complete inspections. He is a excellent communicator and his ability to connect with prospective tenants is also a great asset. Andrew has lived in Auckland all his life, is a bit of a fitness freak, and loves working out at the gym!
