This winter high of rentals in Auckland peaked below last years high at 6550

Currently there are 5868 rentals on Trademe, which is up 59% from a year ago

We are now just below the record high availability of 6435 properties seen in May 2022.

Things have changed quickly and substantially. Over the past 4 months rentals available have increased by around 65%.

Things have settled down over the past 4 months. Currently rental stock in Auckland is just slightly higher than at the same time last year.

The record lows in Auckland properties available for rent on Trademe continues. But, this year there was no spring dip in the market.
